TERMS: All items are created with industry-standard Adobe tools, Powerpoint for presentations, or Constant Contact/Mailchimp for HTML emails. Canva and MS Word options are never available. All projects require a 50% Nonrefundable deposit paid prior to the start of your project. After your quote approval, you will receive details for content submission and a pay link for your nonrefundable 50% deposit. Following your final proof approval, the remaining amount due will be detailed and billed with a new pay link and final print-ready files will be sent to you.
