With your pre-approved content, I will prepare a 1-page document (to your dimensions) for $55; working to your existing brand or spec. Includes layout, typesetting, copy editing, basic photo editing/retouching, and light email communication; providing 2 rounds of edits, a final print-ready PDF, and a low-res JPG delivered via email within 24 hours from proof approval. Your $55 fee is NONREFUNDABLE but it can be transferred to a different project if needed. When your order has been placed, you will receive a content submission guide. Your project starts when all of your content has been received; a first proof can usually be provided within 24-48 hours from submission.
This product is great for real estate listing graphics, simple ad, event flyer, social media post, nonprofit marketing, spec sheet, worksheet, forms, etc.; it does not include rushes, consultation or content searches.

Custom Graphic Design
View Portfolio $75/per hour for Custom Graphic Design Creation or Edits to your existing Adobe files to meet your spec or brand. Options include: research, illustrations, photoshoot direction (photographer, models, location, printing, costume rentals, transportation, deliveries and studio fees are billed at the individual vendor rates), layout, typesetting, copy editing, photo editing/retouching, email communication; edits, a final print-ready PDF, and specific file types as requested.
TERMS: All items are created with industry-standard Adobe tools, Powerpoint for presentations, or Constant Contact/Mailchimp for HTML emails. Canva and MS Word options are never available. All projects require a 50% Nonrefundable deposit paid prior to the start of your project. After your quote approval, you will receive details for content submission and a pay link for your deposit. Following your final project proof approval, the remaining amount due will be detailed and billed with a pay link. When payment is received, final print-ready files will be sent to you.
